Return Policy

Return Criteria

Any item damaged during shipping and or DOA can be returned for store credit or a full refund. All LCD panels shipped from Mass Integrated Systems, Inc. will adhere to the following pixel quality guidelines. LCD panels can be returned for a full refund if 3 pixel defects are present. A pixel defect is any of the following: (1) a pixel will not illuminate, and (2) a pixel is always illuminated. If items are returned for reasons other than defective product, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Return Time Frame

Mass Integrated Systems, Inc. has a 90 day stock warranty on all items purchased through our web store. The 90 day warranty begins on the day of receipt of product. Any items shipped through our wholesale department are subject to warranties established by the salesperson and customer.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless otherwise specified by a Mass Integrated Systems, Inc. sales person. Original shipping rates are non-refundable.

Return Credit Refunds

Any RMA item purchased with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal will be refunded within 7-10 business days of return receipt.

Instore Returns

All RMA items must be returned through our web store or through our RMA department, rma@massintegrated.com.

Return Packaging

All items must be returned in the same fashion that they were received. If the item is not returned in a secure fashion, Mass Integrated Systems, Inc. reserves the right to deny a full refund for said product.

Customers should return all items with a copy of the packing list that accompanied the item in shipment. Failure to do so could result in a 20% restocking fee.
